Non-Dual Meditation Series with Thomas McConkie & John Kesler

4 Zoom Sessions from 6-7:30pm MT - October 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th

John Kesler, the founder of Integral Polarity Practice, and Thomas McConkie will be guiding and facilitating non-dual meditation: a simple, natural way of resting in awareness just as it is. Instead of trying to fix or improve ourselves, we’ll learn how to relax patterns of striving and open to the wholeness that’s already here. Through guided practice and reflection, you’ll discover how to sense life not as something “out there” but as an intimate, seamless flow you’re part of. The invitation is to taste freedom, intimacy, and clarity in each moment, and to allow this realization to naturally express in daily life and relationships.

Benefits of training in this style of meditation:

  • Release from constant striving — Many of us live caught in self-improvement loops. This course offers a way to rest in wholeness without needing to fix or achieve anything.

  • Relief from stress, overwhelm, and overthinking — Nondual meditation helps ease the nervous system, offering calm clarity in the midst of modern life.

  • Deeper intimacy with life — Learn to experience the present moment not as something separate, but as a seamless flow you’re always part of.

  • Freedom in relationships — By relaxing patterns of reactivity, you can connect with others with greater openness and compassion.

  • A grounded taste of awakening — Discover practical ways nondual awareness can naturally express in everyday situations and challenges.

Course fee: $150
