In lieu of a monthly Lower Lights Sangha gathering, we will be holding a quarterly open house where anyone can attend.

During our 90-minute session we will practice meditation, explore different aspects of the world's Wisdom Traditions, and hope to send you away with a teaching that brings greater joy and freedom to your life.
