William Blake famously wrote in The Marriage of Heaven and Hell: “If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, Infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things thro' narrow chinks of his cavern.” In the spirit of cleansing the doors of perception and falling back into the Infinite, Lower Lights will host John Kesler, founder of Integral Polarity Practice (IPP) for a 3-day immersion program February 9th-11th, 2018. Through full-spectrum mindfulness, developmental theory and praxis, movement and We-Space, we will dedicate ourselves during this time to experiencing the extra-ordinary bloom of Spirit in each ordinary moment.
What is IPP?
Integral Polarity Practice (IPP), a contemplative approach that John Kesler pioneered, is based on mindfulness and being centered in deep stillness. At the same time it provides practices for engaging deeply and fully in life. IPP has a particular emphasis on working with polarities, and this is one of the foundational polarities: being grounded in stillness and the transcendent and at the same time being more engaged in the world
