Journey Groups are small groups, limited to 16 students, that meet with Thomas for 90 minutes each month. At the center of our intention: developing a robust still point practice — meditative (some would say "prayerful") awareness of the Infinite amidst daily activity. Along with detailed meditation instruction, Thomas offers spiritual direction to the group and explores various aspects of the Rule of Life that challenge us in daily living.
Your registration includes all 7 sessions: June through December. The last session in December will be a large group session with members from all journey groups. We will reach out to you to coordinate the date and time for that final session.

A NOTE ON COMMITMENT
Communities of practice thrive on strong, committed energy. If you have an unavoidable conflict and cannot attend a call, we ask that you notify us in advance. More than one absence without notice may result in our asking you to leave the group. For unavoidable absences, a Zoom recording will be provided so you can stay current with the group's learning.
