What is a journey group? It's a small group, limited to 16 students, that will meet with Thomas for 90 minutes each month. At the center of our intention: developing a robust still point practice—meditative (some would say "prayerful") awareness of the Infinite amidst daily activity. Along with detailed meditation instruction, Thomas will offer spiritual direction to the group and explore various aspects of the Rule of Life that challenge us in daily living.
