3-Day Retreat: Becoming One - December 5-7th, 2024 - Salt Lake City
December 5-7th, 2024
Becoming One
In the sacred traditions of the world, humans have discovered independently—across time and space—that we are capable of joining ourselves with the Fullness of all that is. Some have called this spiritual reality awakening, others liberation. In the Christian tradition, perhaps surprisingly, a powerful concept pointing to this divine union is at-one-ment.
But how can we translate these beautiful concepts of Oneness into a lived, embodied reality? When we feel separate and estranged from ourselves and the Divine, what can we do to thin the veil and return to a state of Creative Flow and Grace?
Join Lower Lights for our upcoming gathering to explore practices from Thomas’s recently released book, At-One-Ment, including:
-Being embodied at all levels: Physical, mental/emotional, spiritual
-Calming and focusing the mind
-Awakening the heart and unitive awareness
-Working with core vulnerabilities in the body
-Exploring the stages of maturity through adult development
-Bearing one another’s burdens, or collective healing
At this retreat you will:
-Receive expert guidance from a seasoned contemplative teacher
-Meet others who are walking the path and navigating their own obstacles
-Gain insight into the spiritual depths of whatever sacred tradition you most resonate with
-Discover new ways of being in service with your unique gifts
