Lower Lights School of Wisdom is an active community of practitioners and seekers committed to the contemplative path. 

Thomas McConkie founded Lower Lights School of Wisdom in 2017 following decades of practice and study across Buddhist, Sufi, Christian contemplative and developmental traditions. Thomas and his wife Gloria Pak, and the wider Lower Lights community, hold a vision for a flourishing contemplative community rooted on the Wasatch Front.
