Because our next practitioner’s day falls on Christmas Eve, we’ve decided to move that next 1/2 day retreat (online) to New Year’s Eve morning, December 31st, 7-11am MT.

In the past, Lower Lights has held a “Burning of the Sorrows” on New Year's Eve to wrap the year of practice, clean house, and make way for new Life and Insight to emerge. This year, we will incorporate elements of “The Burn” with Polarity Practice. That includes working with intention, encountering our suffering more honestly, and calling down a vision of what this coming year may hold in store.

You may want to have a physical journal and pen/pencil for this practice. While you can use a device for the journaling work, I find that nothing quite gets the juices flowing like writing longhand.

Our human birth is a great privilege and opportunity. Looking forward to magnifying this gift together in community.
