On New Year's Eve we will meet for meditation, shadow writing, the burning of sorrows. The intention will be to bring awareness to our deepest holdings, perhaps even regrets, that have piled up during the last year of gorgeous Life. Through a facilitated writing process, we will collectively and systematically comb through the tunnels, caverns and deep recesses of Self in order to churn up any psychic material that is ripe for release. After the writing process, we will take the journal leaves that we produce and burn them ceremonially in a bonfire outside of the Wasatch Retreat Center.
