Solstice: Sparks in the Dark

In this season of cold and dark, a hush descends over the valley. For humans and all life, so exquisitely attuned to the rhythm of the seasons, it is natural to enter into a time of quiet and letting go. The crops are harvested and the earth now sleeps. Light retreats and we enter into the darkness. 

This darkness is a profound source of creativity. When we willingly let go, let sleep the things that have run their course, we make room for a new round of manifestation. We make way for the coming of new Light.

Join us at Lower Lights Sangha on December 13th for a conscious and wakeful entering into the darkness. As a community we will hold an intention to let go of whatever is already letting go in each of our lives. In turn, we will make room for all that is new and finding its way into form.
